Morning Event: 11-1pm 2150 AD DISCUSSION AND SYNERGY CONNECTIONS PARTY

Our hero travels at night in his dreams to a future society when people have clear memories of past lives and of the relationships they had in those lives with present friends and lovers. He brings back real and amazing metaphysical powers which completely change the lives of those he cares about. Learn how jealousy and other relationship issues are handled in such a society. Learn how macro contact (sparking spiritual powers such as telepathy and healing) can be achieved by love making when your vibrations match?Though the book is presented as science fiction, some very real psychic research has been inspired by the philosophy it discusses. The whole adventure may even have a basis in reality.

Afternoon event: 2-3:30pm Professor Alan Cirlin presents Every Moment Counts (for a joyous relationship)

Alan Cirlin PhD, professor of communications and author of Every Moment Counts, leads a discussion of how to keep the JOY in your primary relationship and your other long term poly relationships. Love is like bread, it must be baked fresh daily to taste delicious?

Why do marriages tend to explode when they end? People decide to get married. The number of people is not important. Two, three, five, or more ? the mechanism is the same. At the wedding (handfasting or any formal joining ceremony), the people involved are in love and profess that love to the world. Yet if you come back in a few years, far too many of these marriages (group or otherwise) are about to end. And they aren?t just falling apart. They are literally exploding. The marriage partners now hate each other. They are saying terrible things about each other. They are trying to cause their former partners as much pain as possible. They sometimes even use their children as pawns in this end-of-marriage war. Sound familiar? So how did the marriage go from a deep love to an even deeper hatred? Dr. Cirlin will tell you how. He will also tell you how it can be avoided. Statistics tell us that the majority of marriages end in explosive failure. But yours can be a lifelong success; if, of course, you are interested. And, if you are willing to invest a little time and effort, to change some of your communication habits. The solution to the happy marriage problem is not difficult. And once you understand the mechanism, it only requires a bit of willpower to make the adjustments necessary to help insure a lifetime of marital happiness. And it does not require all members of a marriage to make some improvements. The more; the better. But even one committed individual can have a major positive impact, no matter how large the family unit?

Last night I was told by the individual that runs Live The Dream that the $12 fee will be waived if you live 25 miles of more from Zip 91306. Earlier in the month, she also told me that the fee is more of a donation, and she will not turn people away for lack of funds.

This months meetup was very nice. We had a great discussion about 2150AD and Alan Cirlin was a great speaker. I learned a lot about how to keep a relationship on an upwards track so that it doesnt begin to stagnate. I look forward to reading his book in the future.
